If you're anything like me, you've probably got a growing collection of colour by number books waiting to be completed. Whether you're working through Disney books, mystery colour by numbers, landscapes, animals, or mandalas, it can be surprisingly satisfying to keep track of your progress.

That's exactly why I created these free Colour By Number Tracker printables.
They help you see how much you've completed, stay motivated, and keep a record of all the books you've finished.
If you'd prefer to get them already printed for you, in colour, in a paperback version you can get a copy on Amazon with some added extras.
Why I Created These Trackers
I created these printables because I realised I was constantly forgetting where I was with my own Colour By Number collection. Like many colourists, I rarely stick to just one book. I might complete a couple of pages in a Disney book, move on to a cosy colouring book for a few days, then come back weeks later and struggle to remember which pages I'd already finished.
Keeping track on scraps of paper or trying to remember everything simply wasn't working, so I designed these trackers to make the hobby feel a little more organised.
Now I can see exactly which books I'm working through, how many pages I've completed and which collections I still want to finish. It's a small change, but it makes the hobby feel much more satisfying.

What's Included?
This free download includes four different tracker pages, giving you plenty of options depending on how you like to organise your colouring.
You can use one style consistently or mix and match throughout the year.
Which Tracker Should You Choose?
Each tracker has been designed slightly differently, so you can choose the style that suits the way you colour.
Some people prefer to track every page they complete, while others simply want to record which books they've finished. You might even decide to use one tracker for Disney Colour By Number books and another for mystery colouring books or mandalas.
There's no right or wrong way to use them. They're designed to fit around your own colouring habits, whether you finish one page a month or several every week.
Why Use a Colour By Number Tracker?
Colour by number books can contain dozens of pages, and it's easy to lose track of what you've completed, especially if you're working on multiple books at once.

Using a tracker can help you:
- Track completed pages.
- Stay motivated to finish books.
- Set colouring goals.
- See your progress at a glance.
- Record your favourite books.
- Make your colouring hobby even more enjoyable.
There's something incredibly satisfying about colouring in another box, book, or section on your tracker after finishing a page.
How Tracking Can Help You Stay Motivated
One of the things I love most about tracking my colouring is seeing just how much progress I've made over time.
It's easy to look at a shelf full of unfinished books and feel like you've barely made a dent, but when you start recording every completed page, those small wins soon add up. Watching your tracker gradually fill with completed books or coloured boxes is incredibly motivating and can encourage you to keep going, even on days when you only have time to colour for fifteen minutes.
Many people enjoy setting themselves small challenges too, such as finishing one page a week or completing a certain number of books each year. Having a tracker makes those goals much easier to measure and celebrate.

Some people like to keep their trackers in a binder alongside swatch charts and colour palette sheets, while others pin them near their colouring space for extra motivation.
Ideas for Using Your Tracker
Your tracker doesn't have to be limited to simply ticking off completed pages. You could also use it to:
- Record when you started and finished each book.
- Keep track of your favourite completed pages.
- Note which markers or pens you used.
- Challenge yourself to finish a certain number of books each year.
- Create a visual record of your colouring journey.
- See which authors or publishers you enjoy most.
Many colourists also like to keep their trackers alongside swatch cards, colour palette sheets and finished page photos to create their own colouring journal.
Perfect for Disney Colour By Number Fans
If you love working through Disney colour by number books, these trackers are a great way to monitor your progress across multiple books.
They're equally useful for any other colour by number collection, whether you colour occasionally or spend hours each week with your markers and pens.

Who Are These Printables For?
Although I originally designed these trackers with Colour By Number fans in mind, they're suitable for almost any colouring hobby.
You could use them to track:
- Disney Colour By Number books
- Mystery Colour By Number books
- Mosaic colouring books
- Mandala colouring books
- Cosy colouring books
- Animal colouring books
- Seasonal colouring books
- Any other colouring collection you own
If you enjoy setting creative goals and seeing your progress build over time, these trackers are a simple but effective way to stay organised.
